1. About Zarfaat Collection
Zarfaat Collection offers Festive, Bridal, and Formal Pret collections in standard sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL.
We also offer paid custom stitching for selected products.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, embroidery details, fabrics, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Different screen and device settings
- Photography and lighting
- Fabric characteristics
- Handcrafted or embroidered details
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
3. Sizes & Measurements
Standard Pret sizes are available in:
XS, S, M, L, XL
Customers are responsible for reviewing our size chart and selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.
For custom stitching, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization requirements.
Zarfaat Collection is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
4. Custom Stitching
Custom stitching is a paid service and is prepared according to the measurements or requirements provided by the customer.
Once custom stitching or customization has started, the order generally cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged except in cases of a verified defect or an error made by Zarfaat Collection.
Custom stitching may require approximately 2 weeks before the order is ready for dispatch.
5. Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where necessary, including circumstances such as:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfil the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be processed according to our Order Refund / Cancellation Policy.

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or promotional errors.
Any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other fees will be communicated or applied according to the relevant order and destination.

Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available at checkout.
An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully received or verified.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping.
International Orders
Free international shipping is available on orders above USD $120.
Pakistan Orders
Free shipping within Pakistan is available on orders above PKR 30,000.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, and other circumstances outside our control.
For stitched and custom-stitched orders, the applicable stitching timeline applies before dispatch.

9. Exchanges & Refunds
Our Exchange Policy and Order Refund / Cancellation Policy apply to all eligible orders.
Customers should review these policies before completing a purchase.
Custom-stitched orders are subject to specific restrictions because they are prepared according to individual customer requirements.
